As Good360’s Chief Operating Officer, Kim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Good360 including its warehousing and transportation. In addition, Kim leads business development and a team responsible for securing hundreds of millions of dollars of product and cash annually to support thousands of charities serving millions in need.
Kim brings diverse experience in large, complex, multi-billion dollar organizations in the federal and private sectors. Her strength lies in her communication skills and her ability to build individual and organizational capacity and develop powerful teams. Her collaborative style coupled with her problem-solving, team-oriented and customer centric approach has resulted in her teams consistently achieving sustainable, demonstrable and measurable results.
Prior to Good360, Kim served as vice president of public affairs and community relations at Giant Food, LLC, the largest supermarket chain in DC, MD, VA and DE. At U.S. Foodservice, the second largest nationwide foodservice distributor, she served as vice president of communications and corporate responsibility. Kim also served as a principal at SRA International, where she provided consultant services to the federal government in the areas of diversity, communication, organizational development, and alternative dispute resolution.
Kim serves on the board of the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County, the executive committee of the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center Gala and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators. Kim holds a BA from Temple University and a JD from Widener University School of Law.
