Gerald has served as Chief Financial Officer of Good360 since June of 2012. In this role he is responsible for Financial planning, internal and external reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, compliance, risk management, and HR.
Prior to joining Good360, Gerald has been a financial and operations leader, as well as a designated change agent in startups, turnarounds and transitional organizations for more than 30 years. Gerald’s practical work experience includes leadership roles in manufacturing and distribution corporations with multinational operations and more recently, in high-profile nonprofit organizations. He has specialized in financial infrastructure design and installation, strategy development and implementation, audit, financial planning and control, HR and IT administration, cash flow management, endowment and investment governance, and board relations. While in the in the nonprofit sector, Gerald has been CFO and Treasurer for the National Council of La Raza and the Children's Defense Fund and CFO for the Sister to Sister Foundation. Previously he held dual CFO and COO position at DataMan Direct and the SouthCone Trading Company and helped create and operate the Asia regional headquarters in Hong Kong for Bridgestone/Bandag.
Gerald holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College.
