Shabab serves as Good360's Chief Information Officer, managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and eCommerce enterprise. Shabab brings a diverse array of talents and skills to the organization, including business development and process improvement, consulting, supply chain management, procurement, project management, and software implementation. Shabab’s work experience encompasses national and international consulting at Blackbaud, with clients such as The American Red Cross and The Bill Clinton Foundation, to business development at SolutionStart, where he doubled the small business’s revenue in one year, transforming it from a local entity into a regional corporation.
Shabab’s technical skills were further honed in the classroom as a professor teaching MCSE, CCNA, and CNA certifications. He has championed numerous eCommerce solutions and developed highly interactive websites. Shabab earned an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University with concentrations in Operations and Consulting.
