How Good360 Works
Good360, the world's leading charity in product philanthropy, is the link between donor companies and nonprofit organizations. Donating products is easy! Although the donation process may vary according to the type of donation, here is a general overview of the process: Step 1 - Donor completes the Product Donation Agreement. The Product Donation Agreement provides relevant information about the products including description, quantity, configuration, timing, inventory location, and the fair market value. When possible, an inventory list should accompany the donation agreement. Step 2 - Good360 receives the Product Donation Agreement. A member of our donation team contacts the donor to confirm receipt of the Product Donation Agreement and acceptance of the donation, and outlines the next steps in the donation process. Step 3 - Good360 initiates transfer of the donated inventory. While the donation process varies, generally Good360 will make arrangements with the donor to take possession of the items. Good360 will place the donation with nonprofit organizations that are qualified and meet the donor’s requirements. Step 4 - Good360 provides tax documentation to the donor. When the donation has been completed, Good360 sends the donor an acknowledgement letter, and tax documentation.
