Participation Guidelines For Citrix ® Software Product Donation

All organizations must register with Gifts In Kind International to be considered for the program. Registration is an annual process, and can include registration through a local Gifts In Kind® affiliated program or through direct registration with Gifts In Kind International. If you are not registered with Gifts In Kind International, first check to see if there is a local Gifts In Kind® program in your community.

Eligibility Guidelines:

The following summary criteria have been established for Citrix Systems’ software donations. Please review the complete eligibility guidelines on the application carefully.

Eligible organizations must:

  • Have nonprofit status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service or the equivalent status in the country in which you operate .
  • Have annual revenue of less than $5 million. Note: If your organization's annual revenue exceeds $5 million refer to the Citrix Nonprofit Discount Purchase Program under Gifts In Kind International's special pricing for more information.
  • Provide one of the following community services:

Education (K-20), economic development, minorities and diversity advancement, workforce readiness, job development, environmental stewardship, wellness, science and/or technology advancement.

  • Have sufficient resources to handle the installation and maintenance independently or through a Citrix Reseller.

Note: Citrix recipients can not use the donation for fund-raising, raffles, telethons, silent auctions or similar events. Any goods received from Gifts In Kind International will not be used with the intention or knowledge that the products will be used to commit a terrorist act.
