Please download and complete the appropriate annual membership application. Mail application, required documentation, and registration fee to:

Credit card payments only may be faxed to Gifts In Kind International at (877) 798-3192.

Based on your type of organization, please select one of the following:

A) Gifts In Kind® Community Redistribution Partners are managed by 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or Indian Reservations that provide a vital source of product resources for other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in their local community.

B)Nonprofit Registration —Please register online for U.S. nonprofits wishing to register directly with Gifts In Kind International headquarters. For paper applications, click here. Nonprofits wanting to ship donations from Gifts In Kind International overseas must complete an International Shipment Application to submit with your registration application.

C) Canadian Registration—for charities registered with the Canadian Customs & Revenue Agency (formerly Revenue Canada) wanting to register with Gifts In Kind Canada, affiliated with the global network of Gifts In Kind International.

D) International Registration—for international nonprofits located outside the United States or Canada wanting to register directly with Gifts In Kind International headquarters.
