The Framing Hope Product Donation Program: An Overview
Eligibility Requirements
If your nonprofit organization is interested in participating in the Home Depot Store Community Product Donation Program, please read the following eligibility requirements carefully. Only NAHRO Members that can prove that they meet these requirements will be allowed to participate.
NAHRO Members that are eligible to participate in the Home Depot donation program must::
- Be registered with Gifts In Kind International, either through a Gifts In KindŽ program affiliate or directly.
- Use the products for its charitable purpose and not sell, trade, barter, or auction any of the goods donated. Donated products cannot be used as door prizes, raffles, party favors for the general public, nor sold at flea markets, swap meets, auctions, or in resale and/or in thrift stores.
- Own or have unlimited access to a dock-height truck, pallet jacks and storage space. Click here for more information
- Provide support in housing/homelessness, youth/senior housing, civic/cultural issues, community re-building, revitalization, renovation or other similar projects.
If your organization meets the four eligibility requirements listed above, but are not registered with Gifts In Kind International at this time, you must fill out and submit a Registration Form before you can apply for the Home Depot program.
