Sweet Dreams: Sleep Awareness Week! Sleep Awareness Week (March 7-13) is sponsored by the National Sleep Foundation. It coincides with the start of Daylight
Saving Time (Sunday, March 14), where we lose one hour of sleep. Lack of a good night's sleep can have a negative impact on our lives; causing stress, impacting our concentration and
learning abilities, and disrupting our diet. We sometimes forget that children
need much more sleep than adults, and with busy lives and school schedules,
they are often sleep-deprived. Check out
recommendations
from the National Sleep Foundation of the amount of sleep children need (please
make sure that all parents and care-givers know the safest sleeping position for infants). And
did you know that sleep problems affect more women
than men?
Warm sheets, scented creams and lotions, a cuddly toy,
bedding, furniture, adequate housing; little and large things create a comfortable, clean and safe sleeping
environment to help all achieve their ideal amount of refreshing and renewing
sleep. Gifts In Kind International thanks our members for providing their

Check the list of available stores or the online catalog to see if a store is available near you and then fill out the RDP application. The list of available locations includes Waldenbooks and Borders Express as well.
Please Note: - Borders sells more than books, so you may receive seasonal gift and
paper items, greeting cards, games, toys, CDs, DVDs and other items, and will
need to ensure a use for those kinds of items.

Twinkle, Twinky, Little Flake tells the story of a timid snowflake who drifts to earth and lands in a crowd of window shoppers in front of Saks Fifth Avenue.
